3. Our Response to DMCA Notices

Review Process

Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:

  1. Review the notice for completeness and validity
  2. Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material if the notice is valid
  3. Notify the user who posted the material of the removal
  4. Provide the user with a copy of the takedown notice

4. Counter-Notification Process

  3. Restore the removed material if no court action is filed within 10-14 business days

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

Account Termination
